Definitions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n General Terms and Conditions of Purchase<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n These general terms and conditions of purchase (hereinafter, the GTC) regulate the acquisition, through the website www.bricoaitana.com<\/a> or in the physical store (hereinafter, Brico Aitana by customers (hereinafter the Client)), of the products offered through the physical store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These GTC are the only ones applicable and replace any other general condition, except in the case of prior, express, and written annulment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Seller may modify the clauses of its GTC, so it is advisable to read them during each visit to Brico Aitana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These modifications are applicable from their publication on Brico Aitana and cannot be applied to previously concluded contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each purchase in our Brico Aitana store is governed by the GTC applicable on the date of the order and\/or direct purchase. The formalization of an order by the Client is understood as an express and unconditional acceptance of the GTC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By purchasing at Brico Aitana, you agree to respect the General Terms and Conditions, as well as the usage rules stated therein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To make purchases at Brico Aitana, the Client must agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In accordance with Decree 70\/2003, of March 4, complaint forms are available to our Clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Contract Language:<\/strong> SPANISH<\/p>\n\n\n\n In-store Pickup, Transport, and Delivery Timeframes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n If the buyer does not pick up and transport the purchased items from our Brico Aitana store, delivery timeframes are estimated, non-contractual, and calculated from the time the payment is made using any of the methods we provide to the customer. The transportation cost to the agreed delivery address or point is not included in the price of the purchased item unless transportation and delivery are explicitly agreed upon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This delivery timeframe will be valid as long as the appropriate conditions of product availability and transport are met, based on the manufacturer\u2019s stock, or specific product or destination characteristics. There is no maximum delivery time for products, as this is determined by the manufacturer\u2019s production time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Orders prepared for pickup by the buyer will be held in the warehouse for 7 days following receipt of the order. Once this period expires, the order will be canceled, and any costs incurred will be charged accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Payment Methods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The CLIENT will pay for their purchase in advance at the time the order request is sent to our Brico Aitana store, either through the website or via email, unless periodic invoicing conditions are established between Brico Aitana and the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to our sales service and the service provided within the framework of current laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We will not accept any return related to damages or breakages caused during transport, if the claim is not made within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the goods. Therefore, we kindly ask that you check the condition of the products at the time of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the client, for reasons beyond our control as stipulated by law, does not accept the products, the transportation and potential storage costs for the reshipment will be borne by the buyer and deducted from the amount to be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The buyer may return the purchased items within 30 business days from delivery, provided they have not been used and do not correspond to custom-configured or specifically indicated non-returnable items at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Returned products must be in the same condition as when delivered, sealed, and in their original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
